Times: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Class Description: This course provides the tools a person needs to assume control of an emergency response to a hazardous materials incident. It focuses on how to assess hazards, manage risk, comply with legal requirements, and implement protective actions. This program meets OSHA and NFPA recommendations for training at the Incident Commander level. This class also meets CalOSHA training requirements.
Prerequisites:
ICS 200 and Haz-Mat Operations Level
Haz-Mat FRO Cert. required on the first day of class.
