Red Helmet Training was founded by Jesse Quinalty; a Southern California Fire Department Captain and registered Master Instructor with the California State Fire Marshal and teaches all types of FSTEP and CFSTES classes, as well as NWCG courses.

 

At Red Helmet Training we enhance the learning process by building the "Mental Slides" 

of the student and utilizing the Recognition Primed Decision Making Process. We do this through the use of dash cam and incident video, case studies, fire simulation programs and the heart of our training program, our table top training simulators.

 

We have formed our curriculum around what we call the six "T's" of Fire Service Learning:
