Red Helmet Training was founded by Jesse Quinalty - a Southern California Fire Captain and registered Master Instructor with the California State Fire Marshal who teaches all types of FSTEP, CFSTES, and NWCG classes.

At Red Helmet Training, we enhance the learning process by building the student's "mental slides" and utilizing the Recognition Primed Decision Making Process. We do this through the use of dash cam and incident video, case studies, fire simulation programs, and the heart of our training program: our tabletop training simulators.
