Class Description: This course provides the skills and knowledge needed for a Fire Officer 4 to safely, effectively, and competently appraise human resource demographics, develop an employee/management program, evaluate an education and training program, appraise an employee assistance program, evaluate an incentive program, and manage a risk program.
Prerequisites:
Meet the education requirements of OSFM Chief Fire Officer or Fire Officer 3 certification
Currently in the position of, or acting as, a Chief Fire Officer or higher
